Winning buyer of this shed is responsible for the removal and will repair any damages made to property (ruts, etc). Winning buyer should inspect building prior to bidding and holds NGW Auctions and seller harmless of any damages that may occur to the building during the removal process. The building appears to be in very good condition but is selling AS IS. Building can not be removed until the very end of the removal date, or up to ONE WEEK after the removal. Absolutely no early removals for this building will be allowed. If winning buyer buys other items in this auction, they may wait and pick them all up when they come to remove the building. Cash or cashiers check preferred. 

building is approximately 16 foot long and 10 foot wide. No key at this time.
