Failure of the purchaser to complete the transfer within ten (10) days shall release NGW Auctions from any and all liability regarding the title, registration, or ownership of the vehicle. No refunds, chargebacks, or remedies of any kind will be issued by NGW Auctions after the ten (10) day period has expired. All risk of loss, damage, or claim passes to the purchaser at the time of sale.
